We specialize in customized name jewellery for both ladies and gents. Since each piece is made specifically according to your order, our return and refund policy is designed with a few special conditions.

Return Policy

🔹 Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged or broken upon delivery

• The wrong design, name, or product was delivered

🔹 You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.

🔹 To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Refund Policy

✅ If your return is approved, we will:

• Either send you a replacement

• Or issue a refund via your original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days

⚠️ Customized/personalized name jewellery is non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error from our side.

Shipping Policy

📦 If the return is due to a customer mistake (e.g. wrong name, size, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

📦 If the item is defective or wrongly delivered, Kumail Mart will cover the return shipping cost.
